The August Bank Holiday hosted the annual Manchester Pride, the City’s largest parade and this year The Rainbow Riders had a space to cycle/walk in the parade! It was a vibrant and colorful event, filled with joy, celebration, and a strong sense of unity.
A group of 6 enthusiastic Rainbow Riders took part in the parade, pedaling their way through the streets, waving colorful flags high in the air and wearing specially-designed t-shirts, proudly displaying their support for the LGBTQ+ community. The t-shirts were emblazoned with a bold and powerful message: “Ride with Pride.”
The Rainbow Riders, with their infectious energy and enthusiasm, brought an extra dose of excitement to the parade. People from all walks of life, regardless of age, gender, or sexual orientation, joined in the festivities, embracing the spirit of inclusivity and acceptance that Manchester Pride represents.
The atmosphere was electric, with music blasting from speakers, colorful floats gliding down the streets, and people dancing and reveling in the celebration of love and diversity.
